As a life-long student who loves being around others, I love sharing and supporting my clients in their nutrition journeys. After going through my own nutrition and recovery journey, I became passionate about helping others navigate the confusing and diet-centered messaging that permeates our culture.

As a result of my personal journey, I am incredibly passionate in providing my clients with both empathetic and research-based support to help heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Eating and nutrition are an integral part to our quality of life. I have worked in the field of nutrition for over 10 years, from university-level research, ICU nutrition support to individualized nutrition counseling.

I have lived up and down California, finally settling in San Diego with my husband and two boys. I am originally from Orange County and am often there, thus being able to serve both communities. Being outside, spending time with friends and family, a good laugh, and some kind of movement keep me going daily. I feel so grateful to be able to share my passion with my clients!
